Absentee owners please remember to set your thermostats to at least 50 degrees in the winter months to avoid freezing of pipes.  Utilities are to remain on all year as stated in the rules and regulations.  Failure to comply can cause serious damages resulting in an Owner being held responsible for any and all deductibles ($5000.00).

This Notice is for all pet owners here at Foxpointe.    Please be a responsible pet owner and be aware of the following rules:

Please remember there is no smoking in the stairwells or breezeways, this is a fire hazard for our buildings.  When smoking anywhere else on property please be sure to properly dispose of the cigarette butts.  We want to keep our property looking good and that means cleaning up after ourselves. 

Our insurance provider has made the following recommendation regarding washer machines.  They have requested that owners check their supply lines and replace them with braided stainless steel lines.  This of course is only a recommendation and the decision to replace them is completely up to each individual owner.  If you have any questions please feel free to call the office for more information.
