Absentee owners please remember to set your thermostats to at least 50 degrees in the winter months to avoid freezing of pipes.  Utilities are to remain on all year as stated in the rules and regulations.  Failure to comply can cause serious damages resulting in an Owner being held responsible for any and all deductibles ($5000.00).
