This Notice is for all pet owners here at Foxpointe. It has been brought to my attention by fellow dog owners and other residents about the increasing amount of dog droppings that are not being picked up, especially around the dog station between buildings 110 and 118. Please be aware of the following rules:
PETS
17.1 Dogs or cats are permitted. Total limit is 2. Birds and aquarium fish are permitted, but exotic pets, e.g. large reptiles, wild rodents, etc., are not allowed. If in doubt, owners should check with the Board.
17.2 Pets must not be allowed to relieve themselves on the landscaped areas of the building
and adjacent walks and driveways. Observe the pet stations and clean up after them.
17.3 Owners will be responsible for any pet droppings on the property.
17.4 Owners will be responsible for any damages to the property caused by their pet or lessee’s pet.
17.5 No pets will be allowed to run loose on the grounds. Pets must be on a leash at all times
when outside the unit.
17.6 Pets are not to be tied or staked outside the unit other than on your patio.
17.7 No breeding of pets.
17.8 The resident will be asked to remove any pet that consistently disturbs other residents
whether inside or outside the unit or constitutes a problem or obstruction.
17.9 Absolutely no pets will be permitted in the pool area.
Please, let’s all do our part by cleaning up after our pets. The fines for not doing so are as follows: 1st offense – written warning, 2nd offense - $50.00 fine, 3rd offense - $100.00 fine. If you are a tenant, your landlord/property manager will receive copies of all warnings and fines.
